The
mathematical-statistical evaluation of data for
the generation of process relevant information provides important
starting points for increasing efficiency and quality of industrial
production processes. Based on objective measurement data IPAC
analyses and optimises production process in close cooperation with customers. Often measurement data is already available in the
enterprise. After the definition of the tasks to be resolved, existing data is reprocessed and evaluated using the latest
statistical methods.
But
still there are industrial processes with no sufficient metrological
support available on the market, by what the subjective evaluation
represents the sole possibility for process control. In that case
we have the competence for the development of systems for the
generation of objective measurement data from the prototype to
marketability.
The
result of a project in cooperation with IPAC is reflected in the economical
success of our customers. The created transparency is an essential precondition for the standardisation and
supports the target-oriented control of the processes.
